Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for new Pro subscribers. If Yang's Upwork Toolkit Pro is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it.
1. 7-day full refund (first subscription)
If this is your first time subscribing to Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial charge. No explanation required.
2. After the 7-day window
Once the 7-day window passes, the current billing period is non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. We do not prorate
We do not refund partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
4. Repeat subscriptions
The 7-day refund window applies to your first Pro subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the second subscription is not eligible for the 7-day refund. We may make exceptions for genuine billing errors.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address you used to subscribe. Include:
- The email address on the Creem receipt
- The approximate date of your first charge
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Creem and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback dispute. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended from future use.
